Bon Jovi Plays Surprise Show in Nashville!

Jon Bon Jovi has been promoting Bon Jovi’s new album, “Forever,” and the Hulu series “Thank You, Goodnight – The Bon Jovi Story,” which details the band’s history and his recovery from vocal cord surgery in 2022. Despite the publicity, he had not performed with the band until Friday night, when they played a special mini-set at his new Nashville bar, JBJ’s, to celebrate its opening. Fan videos show Bon Jovi in fine form, performing songs like “Blood on Blood,” “We Weren’t Born to Follow,” and “Legendary.”

During the show, Bon Jovi, dressed in a black t-shirt, jeans, and white sneakers, greeted the crowd and mentioned that a full tour in support of the album is unlikely, making the club show a special event for fans. The Tennessean reported on the band’s first tour of the five-story bar, which is the tallest on Nashville’s Broadway. Bon Jovi, along with drummer Tico Torres, keyboardist David Bryan, and bassist Hugh McDonald, showcased the 37,000 square-foot space, which features an open floor plan, a three-tiered stage, and walls adorned with Bon Jovi memorabilia.
