A traffic camera in Dortmund, Germany caught the hilarious moment a driver, dressed as the blue, cookie-obsessed character, sped through an intersection at 60 mph—10 mph over the limit. Police suspect the Cookie Monster look-alike intentionally got snapped for laughs. “Wearing a ‘Muppet Show’ mask might seem fun, but it can quickly get serious,” said police spokesman Peter Bandermann.
