This movie looks absolutely bizarre, and perhaps twice as confusing for the actual players of Minecraft. It was only a matter of time before the best-selling video game of all time (by a lot) became a live-action film adaptation. And apparently Jack Black is trying to be in all of them going forward.

However, we all know that MOST video game movies end up being some kind of terrible – even if to the point of redemption for just being so oddly entertaining, like the original Mario Brothers movie. What do you think about this block-headed fever dream? Even with surprise Jennifer Coolidge?
