Well, Dunkin’ Donuts is officially returning to Canada, and apparently, they may have finally found Saskatchewan on a map. After years of being the “forgotten middle child” of the Prairies, we may get to join the rest of the world in the revolutionary experience of eating a donut that isn’t from a Tim Hortons drive-thru. It’s nice to know that after decades of ignoring us, Dunkin’ decided our money is just as green as everyone else’s. We’ll see how their “America Runs on Dunkin’” slogan holds up when it has to run through a Saskatchewan snowbank in February. It’s a bold move, but hey, at least it’s something new to look at while we’re stuck in construction traffic.
